Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are asking for the public’s help finding a man accused of trying to use a unauthorized stolen credit card.
On October 19, the victim called the Constable’s office to report the stolen card. It happened at a shopping center along Kuykendahl Road near SH 99.
Investigators say the unknown suspect or suspects took the victim’s credit card and tried to make several purchases with it on the same day.
They say one suspect was seen on surveillance video.
Anyone with information about case HC 2610-02531 is asked to contact the constable’s dispatch or local law enforcement.
