CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We’re learning more about the accusations against a CMS employee accused of having inappropriate physical contact with a student. Police arrested 36-year-old Quinto Owens on Tuesday.

CMS says he works as a data manager at Garinger High School. CMS says Owens has been suspended with pay.
